Discovering values, behaviors, and patterns that are no longer aligning with your goals. Courageously embarking in new ways of encountering, understanding, and defining your life.
Who I Am
A practicing Jesus lover with all the bruises, wounds, and scars of one who has survived the 'normal' trauma of being raised by other humans. Grew up in rural Virginia on a sheep farm, know how to run from crazy roosters, as well as enduring 30+ surgical operations due to a rare birth defect. All while trying to figure out who I was, where I was going, and how I’d get there. I met and fell in love with my best friend and embarked on the roller coaster of children, house cleaning, pastoring, home schooling, teaching/training, adopting, counseling, leading, speaking, moving, growing, etc. Learning that a messy well-lived life is full of good days and bad.
As John Maxwell says: “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” Throughout my own life, I have found coaching and mentoring immensely valuable to my maturity and growth when the inevitable changes of life come.
Becoming comfortable in the mystery of Whose I AM.
